We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping time is 4-15 business days.
These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products.
Once you’ve placed an order, you might no longer be able to edit the order details or cancel it. If you have an issue with the shipment of your order, contact us as soon as possible or within 30 days of the delivery or estimated delivery date. E-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
Once you have confirmed your order, it might not be possible to edit or cancel it. If you want to change some parameters, Customer addresses, etc., please let us know. We will do our best on a case-by-case basis.
The risk of loss of, damage to and title for Products will pass to you when you have acquired the physical possession of the Products. It shall be your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case Holviks will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.
If carrier tracking indicates that a Product was lost in transit, you may make a written claim for replacement of the lost Product. For Products lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Holviks cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes.
Printing and shipping will be done from one of these countries: United Kingdom, Latvia, Spain, United States, Australia, Canada. Preferably the country closest to you.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
The right of withdrawal – You have 2 weeks to cancel the purchase, starting on the day you received the product. Post or deliver the goods to Holviks within 14 days of telling us that you want to cancel the purchase.
NB! It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are safely returned. Pack the item securely, and hang on to the proof of posting.
You are entitled to get all of your money back when we have the returned product in hand, but you must pay for the return yourself.
